We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to join our team at Fueling Brains & FB Academies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our campus, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for our children, and driving the development of our early childhood education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the hiring and training of new staff members, ensuring they are qualified and aligned with our program's philosophy and values.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve staff performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation
    • Collaborate with our education team to develop and implement high-quality early childhood education programs that meet the needs of our children.
    • Ensure that our programs are aligned with Alberta Child Care Licensing and Accreditation standards.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure that our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of our children and staff.
  • Communication and Community Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with our families, staff, and community partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage our families and community in our programs and services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Early Childhood Education diploma or degree from a recognized college or university.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing and Accreditation standards.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, especially when working with infants and toddlers.
