What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps that outline the platform's features and future directions
  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and problems, as well as the vendor landscape, to identify solutions that can capture opportunities and address challenges.
  • Transform business needs into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader data strategy.
  • Precision oversight of the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring features are built and deployed in line with client needs, and that the overall product development process is aligned with the organization's broader data strategy.
  • Serve as a liaison between various teams, including Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Consumer Front Office Teams/Applications

What You Bring to the Role

  • Strong Product Management background, experience in agile environments, and a solid understanding of technical concepts, along with a keen eye for business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to navigate high-level, strategic client conversations and the technical nuances of the product platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Mesh, Data Virtualization, and Cloud Technologies, with a proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment and a keen sense of organizational skills.

Working Arrangements

We believe in the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements, aiming to provide a balance between work and personal life. Based on this role's business requirements, this position requires 3 days a week in our client's office in Halifax, NS. We strive to support a healthy work-life balance through various well-being programs, regardless of your working arrangement.
