Paddy's Oneil's Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for our customers, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bar Area Organization: Arrange the bar area to create attractive displays and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including recommending drinks and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per week.
