Mixology Expert

Paddy's Oneil's is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional service.

• Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
• Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems
• Provide expert recommendations on wine and drink selections
• Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure exceptional customer service
• Collect payments and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
• Store and maintain inventory of beverages and food products
• Order bar stock and maintain control of inventory
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
