About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our team at Connect Hearing Canada, a leading hearing care provider with a network of clinics across Canada.

As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, conducting hearing loss evaluations, and recommending the best-fit solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client counselling, product education, and recommendation
  • Conduct hearing loss evaluations and recommend solutions
  • Ensure continuous care for existing clients
  • Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and team members
  • Make a positive impact on clients' lives
What We Offer
  • Annual Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on full-time employment)
  • Monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses

  • 3 weeks vacation + increasing with tenure
  • 6 days of personal time in the first year

Requirements
  • Licensed with a Canadian provincial regulatory body or college
  • Passionate about client service and holistic care
  • Confident selling a solution you believe in
  • Driving curiosity about Audiology, new technology, and clients' lives
