Reporting Structure: Directly to the District Sales Manager.
Responsibilities of a Hearing Care Specialist:
- Delivering an outstanding client experience through effective counseling, product education, and personalized recommendations.
- Performing comprehensive hearing evaluations for new clients and suggesting the most suitable solutions.
- Providing ongoing support to existing clients to maintain a fulfilling and positive relationship.
- Engaging in verbal and written communication regarding client care with clients, their families, healthcare providers, team members, and third-party payers.
- Making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.
What We Offer:
- Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 based on full-time employment.
- Monthly commissions and quarterly performance bonuses.
- Comprehensive health benefits and RRSP matching from the start.
- Three weeks of vacation to begin, with increases based on tenure.
- Six personal days in your first year.
- Additional days off, including a special day for your birthday.
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM).
- Paid training in sales and audiology.

Ideal Candidates:
• Must be licensed with a provincial regulatory body or college in Canada.
• Should have a strong commitment to client service and holistic care.
• Must be confident in recommending solutions that you believe in and have a desire to positively influence people's lives.
• Should possess a keen interest in the science of Audiology, emerging technologies, and the lives of your clients.
For Students or Interns:
We welcome applications from individuals who are still pursuing their education or require an internship to complete their professional licensing.
