Role Overview:

As a Hearing Care Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an outstanding client experience through personalized counseling, product education, and tailored recommendations.
  • Performing hearing assessments for new clients and suggesting the most suitable solutions.
  • Ensuring ongoing care for existing clients to foster meaningful relationships.
  • Engaging in verbal and written communication regarding client care with clients, their families, healthcare providers, team members, and third-party payers.
  • Making a significant impact on the lives of your clients.

What We Offer:

  • An annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 based on full-time employment.
  • Monthly commissions and quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health benefits and RRSP matching from the start.
  • Three weeks of vacation to begin, with increases based on tenure.
  • Six personal days in your first year.
  • Additional days off, including your birthday.
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM).
