Job Title: Transportation and Volunteer Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transportation and Volunteer Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our volunteer department, ensuring efficient and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation Scheduling: Coordinate requests for assignment and assign volunteer drivers to drive children and their families to medical appointments, agency appointments, supervised visits, and other activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including processing volunteer applications, data entry, minute taking, and distribution of confidential information.
  • Data Maintenance: Create and maintain electronic and manual filing systems, retrieve information, and keep confidential records.
Requirements:
  • Secondary School Diploma: Required.
  • Experience Working with Volunteers: An asset.
  • Current Car Seat Technician Certification: Required.
  • Valid G Driver's License: Required.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Normal office environment.
  • Physical Demands: Intermediate periods of sitting and computer/phone use.
