About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team as our Head of Engineering and support the development of our DApp Development Platform. As our Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for implementing core functionality into our platform, spanning from the frontend user interface to the backend services, using technologies such as Electron, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement core functionality for our DApp Development Platform
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement feature requests
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of the platform through automated testing, manual testing, and code review
  • Help design and refactor the software systems to improve performance and scalability
Requirements
  • Experience in software architecture and/or technical lead roles
  • Extensive experience with developer toolings, TypeScript, React, MySQL, Docker, and/or Rust
  • Strong understanding of web application tech stacks, including TypeScript, React, MySQL, Docker, and Rust
  • Ability to extend and maintain a pre-existing code base built using the aforementioned tech
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Favorable Qualifications
  • Professional experience in cryptographic or Web 3 applications
Compensation

$180-225k base + tokens + equity
