We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Digital Activation Supervisor at Omnicom Media Group. This role requires strong campaign management skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for driving business results.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the implementation of digital programmatic buying strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the activation team. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective campaign setup, adjustments, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team in utilization of Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the Digital Planning & Optimization Process across programmatic and direct buying.
  • Overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations of the activation team.
  • Effectively managing budget
  • Providing inputs and guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of demand side platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with the broader activation team to ensure efficient and effective campaign setup, adjustments, and optimization.
  • Providing expert consultation to vendors, internal teams, and clients
  • Working with the Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights back to clients.
  • Directing the billing and reconciliation process for programmatic campaigns.
  • Implementing Business Intelligence tools and new capabilities to enhance media measurement and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Manage a small team and juggling multiple people and work priorities (Advanced)
  • Work with across several media channels is preferred and a curiosity in emerging media platforms (Intermediate)
  • Work with large data (Advanced) sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data (Advanced)
  • Ability to effectively manage costs while exceeding performance and viewability goals (Advanced)
  • Excellent interpersonal (Advanced) and Communication (Advanced) skills, ability to distill key ideas for non-digitally-centric Teams (Advanced)
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams (Advanced)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced) and ability to coach others in shortcuts
  • Working knowledge of third-party verification tools, including DoubleVerify (Advanced)
  • Marketing Strategy (Advanced)
  • Demand Side Platform (DSP) and SSPs (Advanced)
  • Social Media Platforms (Advanced)
  • Paid Search / Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (Advanced)
Estimated Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year

Salary estimate based on industry standards and job requirements.
