Job Title: Branch Manager, Parts and Service

Joe Johnson Equipment London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Parts and Service team in London, ON.

About the Role:

The Branch Manager, Parts and Service will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parts and service department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the Parts and Service team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve inventory management, and optimize workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align branch goals with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Service, Parts, or Branch Manager role in an industrial, heavy equipment, or related environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving results, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of parts and service operations, including inventory management and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
