Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Leadership: Assist in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
- Area Presentation: Assess the overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting any deficiencies and taking corrective action to ensure a high level of quality and presentation.
- Task Completion: Delegate, assist, and follow up on the completion of daily OMNI activities to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
- Scheduling: Support with scheduling as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels and effective use of resources.
- Performance Metrics: Review, follow up, and take action on any opportunities to improve key OMNI metrics, such as Presubs, FTPR, and CSAT.
- Training and Development: Participate in the training and development of OMNI associates, providing feedback and guidance as needed to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Work Environment: Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of Spark App Checklists and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
- Age: 16 or older
