Bakery Manager

Hanna's Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure efficient and effective production
- Develop and implement recipes and menus to meet customer demands
- Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Proven track record of managing a team and improving productivity
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
