Bakery Manager

Hanna's Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving materials
- Supervise and train bakery staff, including pastry cooks and production assistants
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment
- Proven track record of managing inventory, supplies, and staff
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
