About the Role

The Technology Research Analyst will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and delivering emerging technologies research, education, and training. This involves assisting the Emerging Technologies Research team in promoting a more digital internal culture and identifying new opportunities for the adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the identification, collection, assessment, and delivery of research initiatives that integrate various data sources, including market research organizations, universities, incubators, and internal/external expertise.
  • Assist with the identification and evaluation of new opportunities, challenges, and risks related to emerging technologies and their impact on Fidelity Canada and its clients.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to provide research support and guidance for new product development and innovation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technology or business and design experience in an agile environment.
  • Digital technology, relationship management, market research experience.
  • UX/UI design experience, project management, or software development experience would be an asset.

Education

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent work experience.
