About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Real Estate Practice team at 019987 Hub International Insurance Brokers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an existing book of business, taking a lead position on the renewal book of business, and providing the highest standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an existing book of business
  • Take a lead position on the renewal book of business
  • Provide highest standard of client service
  • Be flexible to the needs of each client
  • Remain up-to-date on all current coverage available
  • Be proactive in foreseeing and meeting the needs of each client
  • Work closely with our marketing team to provide renewal terms
  • Participate in formal account reviews; assisting in account rounding and working diligently to provide value-added services for clients
  • Recognize and actively pursue new business and cross-sell opportunities with the team Account Executive
  • Attend and actively participate in industry and company events/meetings and actively build your network
  • Remain up-to-date on current coverages available, industry issues and any legislative changes
  • Be flexible and proactive in meeting the needs of all clients
  • Continue professional development to enhance skills and abilities
  • Account receivable collection
  • Attendance after hours at AGM's and council meetings from time to time
  • Support other team members if back up is needed for client meetings
  • Participate in social activities with our property manager clients
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
