Key Responsibilities- Maintain an existing book of business
- Take a lead position on the renewal book of business
- Provide highest standard of client service
- Be flexible to the needs of each client
- Remain up-to-date on all current coverage available
- Be proactive in foreseeing and meeting the needs of each client
- Work closely with our marketing team to provide renewal terms
- Participate in formal account reviews; assisting in account rounding and working diligently to provide value-added services for clients
- Recognize and actively pursue new business and cross-sell opportunities with the team Account Executive
- Attend and actively participate in industry and company events/meetings and actively build your network
- Remain up-to-date on current coverages available, industry issues and any legislative changes
- Be flexible and proactive in meeting the needs of all clients
- Continue professional development to enhance skills and abilities
- Account receivable collection
- Attendance after hours at AGM's and council meetings from time to time
- Support other team members if back up is needed for client meetings
- Participate in social activities with our property manager clients
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
