Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Bank Advisor in Training. This is a 12-month contract in alternance, where you will spend 70% of your time in the company and 30% in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales advisors in their daily activities
- Participate in client welcome and multichannel support (agency, phone, email)
- Identify and analyze client and prospect needs
- Market and sell products and services tailored to each client
- Support clients in using new technologies
- Manage and follow up on client accounts and dossiers
- Develop and manage a client portfolio and contribute to acquiring new clients
- Ensure client relationship follow-up, complaint handling, and respect of commitments made
- Exercise your profession in accordance with applicable regulations
Requirements:
- Curious, dynamic, enthusiastic, and possessing proven negotiation skills, you have the ideal qualities to succeed within our partner group.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or possession of ECTS credits.
Compensation:
A percentage of the SMIC according to the remuneration grid of the contract.
