Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain the store's visual appeal by adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are stocked, and visually appealing displays are created.
  • Merchandising and Operations: Process shipments efficiently, maintain accurate inventory levels, and perform other operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • Excellent computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary and Benefits:

Our salary range is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
