Job Title: Senior Retail Operations Manager

At AB Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail stores, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the changing needs of our business.
  • Authorise returns and exchanges, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and implement work schedules to optimise store performance.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively, including customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
  • Co-ordinate the activities of our retail teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements:

  • You hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • You have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • You have a strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
