Marketing Manager, Brand Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, Brand is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving growth, integrity, awareness, and engagement through the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing and branding principles, with expertise in digital marketing tools and exceptional writing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and executing brand activations that resonate with our target audience.
- Contribute to various projects, encompassing an array of marketing activities, copywriting, multimedia production, data analytics, and more.
- Develop, write, and edit authoritative content for our websites, ensuring it aligns with our global brand standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to create and curate engaging content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership.
- Conceptualize, create, and manage social media content that drives conversation and builds our online presence.
- Oversee editorial calendars for content, email marketing, and social media, guaranteeing a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
- Identify new channels and distribution methods to expand our reach and boost engagement.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing and branding.
- Strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with creative design tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Love of learning and willingness to take on new challenges and develop new skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven work ethic, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of content management systems is an asset.
