Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food service systems and procedures
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
