The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
