Aerospace Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Liaison Specialist, Engineering to join our team at Bombardier. As a Liaison Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting production operations on our multi-platform aircraft programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve airframe and systems problems, answering Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) raised by Quality.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve business objectives, including Stress, Materials & Processes, Systems, Flight Science, Design, Methods, Quality, and Operations.
- Participate in projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste, and improving financial performance.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree or College (3 year) technical diploma in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) environment with airframe structure repairs.
- Ability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after on-the-job training.
- Familiarity with metallic and composite aircraft structures, as well as aircraft system installation.
- Experience dispositioning nonconformances in aerospace, an asset.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
- Flexible and comfortable working under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Sound technical judgment and practical approach.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in browsing Engineering mockups in Catia v5.
