At Bombardier, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences and products that set the highest standards in the industry. As an Aerospace Engineer Liaison, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our aircraft structures and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve fit, form, or functional issues on aircraft components and repairs required during manufacture.
  • Find solutions to problems with aircraft structure and/or systems, raising necessary documentation to overcome issues efficiently.
  • Repair and/or salvage dispositions in accordance with Engineering specifications, concepts, and design integrity.
  • Collaborate with specialists in Engineering, such as Design, Stress, Materials Technology, Aerodynamics, Performance, and others, to problem-solve and address reported issues.
  • Support Production, Design Engineering, Procurement & Quality in coordinating resolutions to issues and providing Corrective Action involving Engineering.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Provide status updates and keep current on information regarding manufacturing changes and problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of MRB experience or 7 years of design experience in Aerospace.
  • Excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation technical requirements.
  • Electrical & Systems experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities in a high-pressure team environment.
