Aerospace Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Liaison Specialist, Engineering to join our team at Bombardier. As a Liaison Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting production operations on Bombardier multi-platform aircraft programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve airframe and systems problems by answering Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) raised by Quality.
- Work closely with other disciplines such as Stress, Materials & Processes, Systems, Flight Science, Design, Methods, Quality and Operations to achieve the company's business objectives.
- Participate in projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste and improving financial performance.
- Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor of Engineering degree or College (3 year) technical diploma in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- You have a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) environment with airframe structure repairs.
- You have the desire and capability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after a period of on-the-job training.
- You are familiar with metallic and composite aircraft structures as well as aircraft system installation.
- You have experience dispositioning nonconformances in aerospace, an asset.
- You must be a team player with a collaborative approach.
- You are flexible and comfortable working under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
- You have sound technical judgement and a practical approach.
- You have good oral and written communication skills in English.
- You know how to browse Engineering mockups in Catia v5.
