Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at GR Baker Memorial Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and nursing practice activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality management and adhere to the BCCNM Standards for Nursing practice and Northern Health Mission, Vision, and Values statement.

Requirements

  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
  • One year Emergency/Intensive Care experience and recent medical/surgical experience.
  • Post-graduate courses – Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Trauma Nursing Core Course, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Canadian Triage Acuity Scale (within the last five years) or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
