Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at the Victoria International Airport. This is a full-time position that reports directly to a Customer Service Coordinator and requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in and baggage handling
- Support self-serve kiosks and ensure smooth airport operations
- Prepare aircraft for on-time departures and facilitate deplaning and boarding of passengers
- Greet arriving passengers and enforce airline and airport policies and procedures
