Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Transaction Lead to join our team at CBRE. In this critical role, you will lead a team responsible for the ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a portfolio of properties on behalf of corporate clients.

About the Role:

As a Senior Portfolio Transaction Lead, you will oversee the daily activities of your team, ensuring seamless execution of transactions and exceptional client satisfaction. Your expertise in negotiation, communication, and leadership will be instrumental in driving business results and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide formal supervision to employees, focusing on training and development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Coordinate and manage the team's activities, setting work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff as needed.
- Implement real estate plans that align with clients' strategic goals, guiding project initiation, scope definition, and prioritization of assignments.
- Act as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent, effectively negotiating business terms and conditions.
- Coordinate negotiations with field brokers, including lease renewals, expirations, and amendments.
- Identify and acquire new properties that meet clients' requirements and timelines.
- Analyze financial data, interpreting templates and providing insightful recommendations.
- Track transaction activity, recording savings results and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Real Estate salesperson license required; additional certifications preferred.
- Proven track record in staffing, selection, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and extensive organizational skills.
- Sophisticated math skills, with the ability to calculate complex figures and interpret financial data.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and location, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
