Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for bi-weekly payroll submissions, tax calculation, union remittance and reporting, T4 processing, and auditing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll submissions
  • Calculate and remit taxes
  • Prepare and submit union remittance and reporting
  • Process T4s and other payroll-related documents
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports

Requirements:

  • PCD designation preferred
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to run full payroll without third-party systems
