About the Job

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating various office tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Office Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and effectiveness in the office.
  • Record-Keeping: Set up and maintain accurate manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
