About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Municipal/Project Manager to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading municipal projects and design teams, planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, financial, and administrative aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead municipal projects and/or design teams, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client criteria and scope.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet schedule and budget requirements.
  • Determine technical skills and staff hours required for project completion.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary technical personnel and other project engineers/managers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience in local roadways, sanitary and water systems, drainage, and other municipal engineering projects.
  • Licensed professional holding registration in good standing with APEGA.
  • Experience working with City of Calgary and other nearby municipalities.
  • Proven leadership experience with teams and/or projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and regulations.
  • Knowledgeable of current technology and able to apply the appropriate engineering design and modeling software for product deliveries.
