Job Summary:

The Bakery Supervisor is a key member of the Thrifty Foods team, responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience in the bakery department. This role involves coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff to provide exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the bakery department and staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality products.
  • Act as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant.
  • Foster customer loyalty and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee retention.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 12 months bakery experience
  • Full knowledge of department operations and skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
