Job Summary:

The Bakery Supervisor at Thrifty Foods is responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. This role involves supervising the bakery department and staff, acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach bakery staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager and Assistant to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 months of bakery experience.
  • Full knowledge of bakery operations and skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
