Job Summary:

The Bakery Supervisor is a key member of our Thrifty Foods team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading the bakery department to success.

About the Role:

As a Bakery Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of friendly and well-trained staff to deliver a superior customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and developing staff to meet customer needs and promote customer loyalty
  • Supervising the bakery department and ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Acting as a go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma
  • Minimum 12 months of bakery experience
  • Full knowledge of department operations and skills
