Marksmen Construction is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive our success. Your expertise in coordinating regional and departmental work will be invaluable in achieving our goals. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting newcomers and refugees, developing relationships with indigenous communities, and promoting diversity and inclusion. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
* Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
* Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities

**Requirements:**

* Education: College/CEGEP
* Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
* Work setting: Various locations
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 30 hours per week
