About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
    • Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure the organization's success
    • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions to support the growth and development of our team members
  • Community Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote diversity and inclusion
    • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters
  • Business Operations
    • Establish and maintain effective business processes and procedures to ensure the organization's success
    • Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a business or organizational leadership position
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing organizational policies and programs
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
