We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Director - District Operations to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd. About the Role

As our next Corporate Services Director - District Operations, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of professionals across multiple locations, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture that prioritizes client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will provide strategic guidance to respective units, ensuring effective execution of business plans and alignment with client priorities and company objectives.

You will maintain professional relationships with clients, directly negotiating contracts and managing account operations. Additionally, you will develop, manage, and analyze budgets to make data-driven financial decisions that optimize operations and enhance service delivery. Your expertise in driving innovation and implementing new operating standards will also be instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business growth.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a strong track record of managing top-of-unit leadership experience in a corporate environment, as well as hands-on experience in hospitality services with a multi-site/multi-facility portfolio. Your proficiency in Excel, ability to analyze and interpret data, and exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage budgets, utilize strong financial acumen to drive performance, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A bilingualism in French and English is preferred, but not mandatory.
