Role Overview

The Senior Director of Corporate Finance will lead a high-performing finance team responsible for Corporate Financial Reporting, Treasury, Taxation, Share-based Compensation, Corporate Financial Controls, and Risk Mitigation. This critical leadership role requires an experienced finance professional with expertise in public companies and a successful track record of managing M&A activity.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the CFO and executive team through financial leadership across the organization.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a talented finance team focused on driving growth and efficiency.
  • Understand Healwell AI's strategy and drive top-line profitability through strong financial management practices and key metrics.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insight to leadership on organizational and financial health.
  • Support M&A activity and optimize product and pricing strategies with business units.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, policies, procedures, financial systems, business analytics, reporting, accounting, internal planning and control, treasury, and taxation strategy.
  • Be a trusted advisor supporting leadership in making informed decisions through best-in-class financial management practices and accurate financial data.
  • Build enabling financial planning processes and internal controls facilitating stronger financial acumen at all levels of leadership.
  • Manage key external relationships with investors, auditors, and professional consultants.
  • Responsible for all GAAP (IFRS) reporting and corporate accounting policies.
  • Establish and build out Treasury management and Hedging as the company expands internationally.
Requirements
  • A senior financial leader with 7-10 years of experience in a similarly complex, fast-paced, high-growth software or technology company with an international footprint exceeding $100M in revenue.
  • University degree in finance or business with an accounting designation (CA, CPA) and/or an MBA with a strong working knowledge of IFRS GAAP. Public company experience and/or experience taking a company public is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of technical accounting pronouncements (IFRS).
  • Disciplined and metrics-driven with demonstrated insight regarding the meaning of financial data as it relates to business operations and a proven track record in building and implementing controls and reporting systems.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and agile style with excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
