About the RoleZeffy Campaign supports 30,000 nonprofits with the only truly free fundraising platform.
The challenge lies in the fact that many platforms claim to be free but typically charge an average fee of 5% per transaction, totaling $3 billion annually in North America.
As Zeffy Campaign's first Senior Brand Manager (reporting directly to the CEO), your mission is to communicate Zeffy Campaign's unique value—amplifying nonprofit impact by eliminating fundraising fees—and to drive organic growth as Zeffy Campaign becomes the obvious choice for U.S. nonprofits.
Specifically, your mission will be to:
- Gain a deep understanding of nonprofit challenges, the fundraising landscape, and how Zeffy Campaign's brand fits within it.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate this new positioning into existing channels such as paid social, Google ads, and our website, aiming to boost their performance.
- Launch and scale new organic channels by testing initiatives across social media, PR, partnerships, and other potentially effective channels.
Success in one year means significantly increasing the number of new nonprofits joining Zeffy Campaign each month through your work on aligning existing channels and scaling new ones. Long-term success will be measured by the number of new nonprofits joining Zeffy Campaign through organic channels.
Preferred Qualifications- You have 7+ years of experience as a Brand Director or Senior Brand Manager, with a proven track record of positioning brands with the result of scaling organic channels and driving top-of-mind brand awareness.
- You possess excellent written and oral English skills and are known as an exceptional storyteller. You have the ability to express complex messages in simple, impactful ways.
- You prioritize based on impact and always try to find the more effective approach to reach your goals.
- A plus: You have experience working in the U.S. market.

- The corresponding salary range: CAD 110,000 + stock options
