We're seeking a dedicated Temporary Sales Associate to join our team at Genuine Canadian Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and responding to their needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the management team to achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational standards.
  • Process customer transactions and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with merchandising, marketing, and visual displays to create an engaging store environment.
  • Ensure company assets are secure by following all loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Develop your retail skills through company training and workshops.
  • Process and manage company merchandise efficiently and maintain a well-organized backroom.
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly store housekeeping duties.
  • Participate in creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  • Adhere to all company and store policies and procedures.
  • Support store success by achieving related results and objectives.

Requirements:



  • Retail experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm as a team player.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers and technology.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands:



  • Lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Move and replace fixtures, shelves, and hardware throughout the store.
  • Use ladders frequently.
  • Stand for extended periods.
