Role Summary

CBI Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and flexible SLP to work in a home-based setting, providing assessment and implementation of SLP interventions, including swallowing assessments and dysphagia management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions to clients in their homes, using a collaborative and interdisciplinary team-based approach to care
  • Implement holistic and restorative approaches to care, including enhanced stroke pathways and cognitive communication supports
  • Leverage digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention
