Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, and coordinating with other departments to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement inventory management plans to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify areas for improvement
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with inventory management procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
