Job Title: Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's. As an Inventory Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and oversee operational logistics.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • 5-10 people supervised.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
