Job Title: Inventory Management Supervisor

HANAMI is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish work, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software and equipment.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • Work Language: English.
