About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Private Training Institute Instructor to join our team at Discover Learning Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise in teaching and mentoring students.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising students, preparing teaching materials, and evaluating student progress. They will also be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting course evaluations, and operating audio-visual equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise students in work sessions and provide guidance on their projects.
  • Develop and prepare teaching materials, outlines, and assessments to meet the needs of our students.
  • Evaluate student progress through tests, papers, and reports, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Deliver engaging lectures and presentations, using various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Conduct course and program evaluations to ensure the highest standards of education.
  • Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment to support effective teaching and learning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in private training or a related field.
  • Degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and staff.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively in lesson planning and delivery.

Working Conditions

  • This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
  • The language of work is English.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
