Grow with Mentorship
You'll be paired with a Lead Retirement Consultant mentor who will guide you throughout your term. They'll work with you on client assignments, provide valuable insights, and offer advice on future career growth.
Work Towards a Credentialed Actuary Designation
As an accepted applicant, you'll be eligible for our comprehensive actuarial exam study program. This includes paid study hours and exam coaching to help you attain an accredited actuarial designation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical actuarial and consulting support on projects such as designing, funding, pricing, and implementing retirement programs.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs.
- Develop professional expertise and technical knowledge in the area of retirement plans.
- Work with a wide range of associates at all levels within the local practice.
- Perform asset/liability modeling.
- Assist with completion of plan reporting and filing requirements.
- Perform plan administrative tasks such as completing benefit calculations, reviewing plan documents, and producing benefit statements.
