Executive Chef

Chez Mai II is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This includes preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, and training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing buffets and banquets, and managing kitchen operations. If you have a Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate, and experience in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has initiative, and is organized. If you are a team player who is able to work in a physically demanding environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
