Job Opportunity

The University of Lethbridge is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a full-time continuing instructor position at the Instructor III rank in the Accounting area. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and assessing courses, updating course content, and participating in School and Accounting Area governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and assessing courses in accounting
  • Updating course content to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Participating in School and Accounting Area governance
  • Developing and implementing pedagogical and assessment improvements
  • Engaging in service activities such as case competition coaching and participation in student-related functions
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree, a Canadian CPA designation, and significant accounting work experience. A graduate degree is preferred, or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will also have a commitment to teaching excellence and engagement with students.
