Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an Instructor III in the Accounting area at the University of Lethbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and assessing courses, updating course content, and contributing to the development of new courses and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and assessing courses in accounting, including audit, managerial, and financial accounting
  • Developing and updating course content to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Contributing to the development of new courses and curriculum in accounting
  • Participating in School and Accounting Area governance
  • Engaging in service activities such as case competition coaching and participation in student-related functions
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in accounting, a Canadian CPA designation, and significant accounting work experience. A graduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The candidate should also have a commitment to teaching excellence and engagement with students.
