Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team at Retirement Concepts. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting residents to various outings and events while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport residents to and from outings and events in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bus
• Ensure all necessary safety protocols are followed
• Assist recreation staff as needed during outings
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dress code
• Ensure the bus is up to date with all maintenance and repairs
• Clean the interior and exterior of the bus after each outing
• Contact the Recreation Manager or General Manager in the event of inclement weather to determine whether it is safe to proceed with the outing

Qualifications:

• Class 4 Driver's License
• Proof of annual criminal records check
• Proof of G.S.T. Registrant Status
• Proof of Sole Proprietorship or Incorporation
• Proof of personal insurance up to $2,000,000
• Proof of professional insurance up to $2,000,000
• Proof of any applicable membership or license registration required by the jurisdiction within which the Facility is located
• Workers' Compensation Account Number (WSB in B.C)
